 Tinyit.cc is a free URL link shortening and tracking service. This site is provided without warranty of any kind. Though we assure maximum quality in our service but there are no guarantees that it will be available at any given time, and no guarantees that this site or service will not be subject to interruptions. All direct or indirect risk related to use of this site is borne entirely by the user.

 

2. Anti Spam and bad URL Policy

Tinyit.cc follows a strict anti spam policy and spamming of any kind is strictly prohibited. Each short link is checked before redirecting, against Google safe browsing list of websites, phishtank phishing list, spamming list, SURBL list and Tinyit.cc blocked websites list. We reserve the right to quickly delete the URL and the associated users account that we suspect is being used for spamming/illegal purposes. An act will be considered spam in, but not restricted to, following cases:

  • Sites listed in the Google's safe browsing list of harmful URL's

  • Sites listed in the Phishtank's list of phishing and harmful websites

  • Sites listed in the Spam URI Realtime Blocklists (SURBL)

  • Instant Message Spam

  • Unsolicited Commercial Email

  • Comment spam on Blogs, Social Networking websites

  • Links to any illegal content such as "counterfeit pages," or "phishing pages."

  • Links to viruses, adware, spyware, or other malicious code

3. Use of API

Tinyit.cc provides a free API to access its URL shortening service. Use of API is subject to following conditions:

  • API is not used for spamming. In such a case, the users account will be automatically disabled.

  • API is not used for cases listed in point 2 above.

  • API is used only by the user himself and for his own website or service.

4. Mode of conduct

Creating short links against our policy or abuse of this web site in any manner that could disrupt or overburden it will result in account closure and removal of URLs associated with the account.
